Hello. Sounds like a fun lunch (missionary mom lunch). I have actually seen Meet the Mormons twice already. I kept forgetting to tell you about it. We saw it two weeks before it came out because our mission got a pre viewing dvd sent to us. So we saw it once at leadership counsel and then we watched it again at our zone training meeting. I know everyone that was in the movie, and I've eaten at their houses.
That day (December 28) will probably work for my homecoming talk.
Jack is crazy about sports. I can't wait to watch him play. Where is Kristin moving too?
Do you want to stay there until the end or do you hope you get one more transfer?
I wouldn't mind staying here working in the office until the end of my mission.
So write your weekly letter, we need details! :) I don't know what to talk about, we do like the same thing every day. This pretty much sums up the letters I got during his office transfer.

Letter from another missionary, oh my heart!
Brother Kimball,
I was teasing Elder Kimball about writing you because he always talks about how awesome you are and the crazy things you two do together. You sound like my kinda man! I have been around him a lot of my mission and we came out together. It has been a riot having the opportunity to serve around the office here with him. He is one funny cat.
He says we have to go boarding when we get back and he says you love it! As missionaries we invite and set dates, so we'll have to plan a time to go at it! I have always loved snowboarding and wakeboarding.
Elder Kimball is awesome. You have got to know that he is doing awesome. He is extremely smart and just all around sharp. He is a huge asset here in the mission. I hope things are going well for you all and I hope you have a great week!
Elder Camron Webster
October 27, 2014-transferred again, Sandy Springs
My new area is pretty good and my comp is alright. He's from Twin Falls, Idaho and this is only his 3rd transfer. My new ward is alright too. This is a big area so i don't think there should be a shortage of people to teach.
He is Sandy Springs, and goes to the church by the temple. His mission president is also in the ward. I was at transfer meeting (I was looking for pictures on FB and couldn't see him). .

So this week was really great. Being on marta and walking, we spend a lot more time traveling then being in appointments and trying to contact potential investigators, but it gives us a chance to talk to people on the bus, so that's good. This week we contacted some good people that we hadn't been able to see for a while. It's been hard because for some reason, missionaries in the past didn't get peoples phone numbers, so we have spent a lot of time trying to track people down and get their number so we can call and set up appointments.
Probably the coolest miracle this week is we went back to see a guy we had just met the week prior. He said he was busy but we invited him to church and he said he would come, so we set up a ride with a member in the same apartment complex. We didn't think he would actually show up, and we kind of forgot we even had planned on him coming. But he walked right in the door for church and that was pretty cool. He was about to get kicked out of his apartment for some stuff but the member is good friends with the office people there and we are going to see if we can get him to stay. We met some other cool people, but not much to talk about with them quite yet. All around a good week.
Hello, this week was pretty good. My companions names is Elder Weaver. No zone conference, not till this Tuesday. Our area is really big so it's probably the richest place I have been, but also has a ton of apartment complexes, so it's a good mix. There are people willing to listen.
The following is a FB post from a sweet lady that was baptized last year.
Cathy: Your son is awesome, he just called and almost had me in tears...He called to remind me my year is almost up from being baptized and wanted to know if I had started temple classes...He was the one to baptize me...what a fella.. Thank you and his dad for letting him come and helping me understand The Book of Mormon. I tried over 30yrs ago but guess I was waiting for your son...
The post she left on Max's timeline:
Thank you, Thank you, I miss you with all my heart, You made my day to just hear your voice...You are awesome Elder Max Kimball.
November 10, 2014-transferred again, but with the same companion, YSA ward in Downtown Atlanta
Alright I was transferred again and now I am in the Northpoint Ysa ward. Things are a lot different here then in any other ward I have served in. We teach mostly people that go to either Georgia Tech or Georgia State. Right now teaching has been tough because finals are coming up soon and everybody seems to be too busy to meet with us. We had a couple good lessons, but nobody on date to get baptized yet this week. We met several cool people this week but they were all married so we had to turn them over to the zone leaders. Hopefully my companion and I can find some good places to contact young adults so we can grow our teaching pool. Being in downtown Atlanta, it seems that we talk to homeless people more than anybody else. They all think we have money because we are dressed up kind of nice. Hopefully we can get some solid people to teach soon so that I can finish out strong.
Hey mom. My week was pretty good. Pretty crazy. So I'm not in the same area anymore. They picked up me and Elder Weaver and had us switch areas so we are now in the Northpoint YSA ward. So I attended a singles ward for the first time on Sunday. The address I sent you was my new one. We still ride marta but now we cover the whole stake. Elder weaver is really cool. From ogden. Plays football. He goes home the same day as me. It's been pretty chilly here too. We have someone signed up every night for dinner this week, but I think they just take us out to eat.
The area is called northpoint ysa. I'm in Atlanta west zone, but we cover all of Atlanta stake. Yep pretty crazy. We are friends with all these homeless people we see every day on the way to the train station. Yep it's very big. We don't really tract. We do a thing two days out of the week where we set up a booth at
Georgia Tech and talk to people. That is how we have met some of our investigators . Other times it's on marta.

My apt is pretty alright. Missionaries have been in it for like 10 years, but it's still pretty nice. It's right in downtown Atlanta.
He loved being downtown before, so I'm glad he's back there to end his mission.
November 17, 2014
So this week was pretty slow all the way up until the end of the week when we had a pretty cool miracle. It has been really cold, so not a lot of people have been out, so it has been hard to find people. Also finals are coming up in school and nobody wants to meet with us. But at church this Sunday this girl brought her boyfriend that's not a member and we committed him to be baptized the last week of November right there at church.
November 24, 2014
Hello. Today for p-day we might be playing basketball or just taking a nap. It was crazy bitter cold for the whole beginning of the week and then warmed up yesterday and today it's supposed to be pretty nice. Yeah I did get the snow pictures. It looks like a fun campout. Max requested pictures of the recent snowfall, so I sent him pics of Sam's snow campout.
I'll make sure I do a good weekly letter. Sounds like a good topic for my homecoming. I guess just confirm what it is for sure so I can start thinking about it. That's cool Sam is speaking too, it should be fun. I did get the package and the letters thank you very much.
I'm not sure about Thanksgiving. All the ysa are out of town or going to the bishops house and everybody in the bishopbric is out of our mission because the boundries cross over so we are not sure where we are going.
How has it been going to Georgia Tech?
It's been pretty fun to go there. I have made some good friends with some of the kids that go there from the ward.
So this week we had a pretty awesome week. We were able to talk to some cool people and teach some great lessons. But, this week is Thanksgiving break followed by a dead week and then finals week and then Christmas break. So all of our members and investigators are going to be very busy or out of town. We are not sure what we are going to do, but hopefully we can stay busy. We do still have one person on date to be baptized, Joshua. He is pretty solid. He came to church this Sunday all by himself because his girlfriend is on vacation with her family. It was good to see that he was committed enough to come even when she was gone. He has also been reading the Book of Mormon everyday and is really gettig fellowshipped well at church. We had to bump his date back a week because he is really hard to meet with during the week and we just haven't been able to teach him everything we need to in time. But we will be able to wrap up in the coming two weeks and then he will be baptized. Hopefully I'm still here.
We are not sure if we are going to get transferred or not since my companion and I are leaving two weeks into the transfer. It will be interesting to see what happens. Seeing as this will probably be my last entry in the ward newsletter I would just like to share my testimony that missonary service is the work of the Lord. I am still surprised at how much I have been able to help the people of Georgia with the Lords help. I know that the Book of Mormon is true and that by reading it we can gain a testimony of the Restoration of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I have very much enjoyed my mission and have learned a lot more here then I could have anywhere else in the short time of two years.
This may be the longest official letter Max has sent in two years. Only 24 more days!
