Hello. My companion is doing pretty good (he had shoulder surgery because he got hit by a car while on his bike). We will probably be out more this week, but not up to full strength yet. I made hundreds of phone calls to potentials and less active people. I also read like 50 ensigns, and took some naps. I don't really now how my investigators are doing because we didn't go anywhere, and people don't answer their phones.
I did see Jack's picture, nice. I like his polka dot button up shirt in the other picture. I want one like that. Glad everyone likes school. Jack is crazy. It sounds like nothing scares him. I need to take him rock climbing. I can't believe so many people from our ward are on missions.
We should be out alot more this week.
Yep me and jack can be twins. Yeah put him in the climbing class, that would be awesome. They will be better than me when I get home. Is he playing tackle football? I should get the letter today probably. What is the ice bucket challenge? (only a missionary would not know what this is). Dad said it has been raining like crazy. I wish it would do that here. Last week was like the hottest week of the summer. Luckily we were inside.

So this week was pretty great. We found alot of new investigators. Unfortunetly, we only had one person that came to church. Probably the coolest miracle that happened this week is when we found a guy named Spencer. We had gone to try to see a former investigator but it turned out he wasn't home. We decided that we would go knock on his neighboors door even though it looked pretty empty. We knocked and he eventually got to the door and said he had just gotten home. We told him what we were doing and he immediatly let us come right in and sit in his living room. We started talking and it turns out he had talked with missionaries about 6 years ago before he moved from Marietta. We also found out that this Sunday was the last Sunday he was going to have to work, and then his schedule was changing and he was about to go start looking for a church. We taught him the restoration and he now has a baptismal date for september 23 and he is really excited. We are meeting with him again tonight, hopefully it goes well. I met a couple other cool people but don't have a lot of time to talk about them. We just got a car on Friday so we are excited to go and see way more people than we have been. Elder Smith is healing fast from his surgery and things are going great.
Hey mom. Our apt is alright. We keep it pretty clean. No cockroaches, but a good amount of spiders. We do make our beds. No pictures sorry. Moms have to know these things.
Today for pday we are going to piedmont park in atlanta. I was there like a year ago for pday which is weird. My companion is doing good and healing quickly.

We had a pretty exciting week. This week having a car was great. We taught the most amount of lessons I have had since I have been here. We got rear ended really hard when we were out with a member in his car, and then we got rear ended again in our car like a day later. People in Atlanta are the worst drivers.
The big news is that I am getting transferred. I only got to spend one transfer in the city of Atlanta. It has been really fun meeting so many people. My new area will be serving in the mission office and maintaining the computers and doing some other accounting and information related things. I am pretty excited. I have actually kind of been wanting to go there my whole mission because I feel like I can help out a lot. I think that that will for sure be my last area. It's funny because Inever have even mentioned to president that I wanted to go to the office and usually to go there you have to request it.
Not too much else too say. I'll tell you how everything turns out next week.
Hello. Thanks for all the pictures. Unfortunetly we have not been able to contact Spencer since we saw him. We stopped by and couldn't find anyone home. We got a car but they are taking it away again on Wednesday, but that doesn't really affect me now since I'm leaving.
I don't need anything specific I can think of in a package. I'll see if I need anything when i get to my new area.
That trip sounds fun (my girls weekend in South Dakota) The ropes course you did sounds super fun. Glad my mom is brave enough to do stuff like that (ya, that made my day).
Alexa is doing good (friend in the Berlin, Germany mission). I just got a letter from her two days ago. It's expensive to mail stuff to Germany. I hear from quite a few of my friends. They are all doing really well and loving their areas. I still talk to Elder
Crawford too. He's doing good at school. I'm excited to see him.

This new area has been keeping us busy this whole week. We are supposed to start teaching a little next week, but we will still be in the office just about everyday. So far we just do a lot of things to help the assistants out. We have helped prepare a lot for zone conferences. I got to drop Elder Post (his trainer) off at the airport which was really cool. We also just help the senior couples in the office that need help with computer stuff. We have permission to do what we want as far as office stuff goes. We have 4 different cars we can drive. We have been crazy busy. and we don't have a curfew so we haven't gotten home till like 11 some nights.
My new companion is cool. He was in my district when I was with Elder Crawford. His name is Elder Robison. My new address can just be the mission office. 112 governors sq. ste. A, peachtree city, ga 30269.
I can't write long letters, girls are just better at that (I was complaining about his letter length). You should see dads emails compared to yours. Wow I cant believe Taylor comes home so soon.
Elder Robison is from Woodland Hills. We live about 5 miles away from the mission home. We work with 2 senior couples, they are both really nice. My new apt is pretty nice. Really big and just the 2 of us. I come home pretty close to alex then. Will you try to find out when my homecoming talk will be, people want to know about it. I feel like now that I won't be sweating too much, I am ready for a new suit. (He's only had one his whole mission).
I am in the fayettvile south zone. I go to church in President Hardings ward. The bishop there is the vice president of delta and sounds really cool. There are 4 sets of missionaries in the ward. Us and the zone leaders and two sets of sisters. We haven't been fed yet because nobody knows we are here because the office elders used to be in the peachtree city ward and we are in whitewater. Apparently President wants us to be in charge of the mission facebook page, but not really any missionary work type stuff.

This week was pretty good. Nothing too exciting. We email from the office. Sadly I have been so busy I havent taken any pictures, but I can pretty much jump on my email whenever I want. I have to wear my suit to stake conference so I'll take some tonight and send them on Monday.
We didn't teach this week. We had dinner appointments where we did, but that's about it. It's crazy busy here. Elder Post is doing good. His family moved to Montanna so that's where he flew too. He said it's not very fun out there at all.
My airplane ticket got ordered yesterday. Glad Sams birthday was good. I would like to see Jack play football. Is he good? Abby should not be driving. It sounds like Sydney is doing good. She's been emailing me. Provo does get crazy on the weekends.
I'm not sure what we are doing for p-day. It's kind of no fun because all the other elders don't have today off so we can't do anything with them (his pday was moved to Saturday when he started working in the office). We have permission to drive anywhere in the mission, but everybody will be busy.

Hello, nothing too exciting happening in the office this week. The main things that we take care of every day are managing referrals and entering baptismal records. So when missionaries meet someone that wants to be taught, but doesn't live in their area they text us their information and we enter it in the computer and then it gets sent to the right area. We also get all the baptismal records in the whole mission sent to us and we put them in the computer and get them sent to Salt Lake. Along with that, everyone that gets baptized fills out a paper called My Story of Faith. It just asks them questions about how they met the missionaries and has them bear their testimony and stuff like that. So we enter those into the computer too and also we update a big slideshow of all the baptism pictures from across the mission. Along with those daily things we also just do a lot of random things. We work with the APs alot and help them with whatever they need. We also help the housing and vehicle coordinator senior couple with things. That's what our days consist of. We have had time to go and visit some less active members of our ward which has been good. That's about it.
Hey mom. Yeah it's nice to see the other missionaries (pday got switched back to Monday). Glad Emma had a good baptism. That's crazy thats Taylor is home. I remember when he left. I will be ready to report at the missionary mom lunch.
Sounds like Sam had quite the week. I did make those masks in 6th grade. I think i still have it. It sounds like womens conference was really good. People had good things to say about it at church on Sunday. President Hardings son came home from his mission this week, so their whole family was at church. That was cool.
Thanks for the package, all good stuff. They really beat this one up though, the apples are pretty much inedible. I think we might go mountain biking today for pday, if it not too muddy. It's been cloudy and kind of rainy for like 4 days.

Hey mom my week was pretty good. Conference was great. Not a whole lot of meals from members of our ward, but we have eaten twice with the senior couples that work in the office, they are great. That's a great scripture, pretty cool. (I found this great scipture while reading that reminded me of Max and all the missionaries serving).
Heleman 10:4-5
4 Blessed art thou, Nephi, for those things which thou hast done; for I have beheld how thou hast with unwearyingness declared the word, which I have given unto thee, unto this people. And thou hast not feared them, and hast not sought thine own life, but hast sought my will, and to keep my commandments.
5 And now, because thou hast done this with such unwearyingness, behold, I will bless thee forever; and I will make thee mighty in word and in deed, in faith and in works; yea, even that all things shall be bdone unto thee according to thy word, for thou shalt not ask that which is contrary to my will.
We go about ever other month to the temple. We are actually going tomorrow. That looks like a fun time at lunch, can't wait to come. (missionary mom lunch welcoming home Taylor).
Yeah conference was very good. I really like the one by that Ukrainian guy, can't remember his name. Dad did tell me about the BYU game, pretty bad.
I think we are going mountain biking today. The weather this weekend has been so nice. It looks like utah. My companion and I do get along pretty well.
